As an ONS Bridge exhibitor, you play an essential role in our community and in the virtual journey that our attendees will experience during ONS Bridge. We have carefully selected the ON24 Engagement Hub for our virtual platform. This platform will allow your team to showcase products or services in a virtual exhibit, matchmake with attendees and other exhibitors, and connect "face-to-face" with qualified leads. Your virtual Exhibit will be accessible to all ONS Bridge participants and over 35,000 ONS members during the Virtual Event.

Please Note: All contracted ONS Congress booths have been transferred to ONS Bridge. Your main point of contact for your company will receive additional communications regarding next steps. If you are currently an exhibitor and have not already completed the forms below, please do so as soon as possible. ONS event management staff will build out your booth and provide a proof for approval. As we approach the launch of ONS Bridge in September we are excited to share details on the gamification included in your package. ONS will be holding raffles on each live day of ONS Bridge, as well as after the close of the on-demand period. Only the most engaged attendees will be eligible to win! The activities that attendees must complete are designed to drive traffic to the Learning Hall, and the more activities they complete the more likely they are to be eligible for the raffle. NEW! Let ONS Promote Your Giveaway
ONS will be promoting any giveaways that you are holding within your booth. If you plan to offer a giveaway prize please complete the survey located here so we can include you in this promotion. There is no additional cost, and this is optional.

Your Virtual Experience
As an exhibitor, you will receive a customizable virtual exhibit that will be accessible to all ONS Bridge participants and over 35,000 ONS members during the Virtual Event. Each exhibiting company has been placed in one of three exhibitor tiers based on ONS Congress total spend. The Silver, Gold, and Platinum package benefits are outlined below.

Do I need to register my booth staff?
Your “booth staff” do not need to register. Anyone you provide the Reporting Dashboard link to will have access to see and answer questions, and to view your leads.
If you provided name(s) for your package-included full conference badges, those registrants received a promo code and should have completed their registration on the ONS Bridge website. They will receive a confirmation email and instructions separately. These attendees are able to access the Learning Hall, attend sessions, and participate in all aspects of ONS Bridge.

How will I view my booth leads?
Your Reporting Dashboard link will be sent to your company’s primary contact one week prior to ONS Bridge. Anyone with the link above can access your reporting dashboard so please be conscious of sharing this. All of your leads and booth data can be viewed in this dashboard. This will update in real-time as attendees visit your booth.

How will attendees contact my staff?
Depending on the features you opted-in to for your booth page attendees can reach out in several ways. We recommend that your staff be available during dedicated exhibit hours as this will be when they are most likely to receive inquiries from attendees.
  1. Contact Information: if you provided staff contacts this is where they are listed. If attendees click on the email icon next to a company contact, an email draft will open up in their Outlook, Gmail, etc. and they will reach out directly. 
  2. Contact Us Box: this box allows attendees to send a message from the ON24 platform to an email you’ve selected.
  3. Q&A Box: if an attendee enters a question here, a notification will be sent to an email you’ve selected. All questions can be viewed and managed through the Reporting Dashboard link. Click on the Interactions tab and then Questions. You will be able to email the attendee back directly.
  4. Live Chat (Platinum Booths only): If you’ve opted in to this feature you will receive further instructions on how to access in the back-end of ON24.
Can I make changes to my booth during ONS Bridge?
All booths must be finalized and approved by August 28. Changes to booth pages cannot be made after this date.
